, are reportedly looking at a potential flotation or sale of their travel agency.
The Sunday Times reported that the two entrepreneurs have hired accountancy firm KPMG to carry out a strategic review.
Croydon-based Directline Holidays generates a turnover of £45m and profits of around £3m.
