Directors deals: Synergy chief trims stake

Richard Steeves, chief executive of healthcare support services supplier <b>Synergy Healthcare</b> has banked just over £287,000 through the sale of 50,000 shares in the firm. The sale, at 575p per share, leaves Steeves with a 4.52% stake in the company. Synergy recently reported overall trading has been in line with expectations since March, with sales in the first quarter up by 9.7% from the same period last year at £72.6m.
