Float values Norcon at £28.4m

<b>Norcon</b>'s shares have been admitted to trading on AIM this morning, valuing the company at £28.4m.<br /><br />The group, a holding company for project management and outsourcing services business Norconsult Telematics, placed around 2.25m shares at 69p to raise about £1.55m. <br /> <br />"Norconsult's business has grown steadily in recent years and the directors believe this growth is set to continue," said the group.<br /><br />"The directors believe that the AIM listing will enhance the profile of the group and provide additional funding to grow the business through both organic growth and acquisitions," it added.<br /><br />JMFinn Capital Markets is acting as the nominated adviser and broker for the company.<br /><br /><br />
