FTSE 250 movers: Resilient Galiform leads the way

Joinery company <b>Galiform</b> has built good gains after it said it expects pre-tax profits for the year to come in at the top end of expectations as it continued to perform resiliently. IT infrastructure services provider<b> Computacenter</b> is higher after it said 2009 profit before tax and exceptional items is expected to beat market expectations of £48.4m after it cut costs and saw an increase in IT outsourcing. Car dealer <b>Inchcape</b> is higher in sympathy with peer Lookers, which today said it expects to exceed previous expectations after strong trading continued into the fourth quarter. In the retail sector, home furnishings chain <b>Dunelm</b> and video game group <b>Game</b> fall after reporting contrasting fortunes over Christmas, but making similar noises on the 2010 outlook. Dunelm kept up its impressive performance through the first half, but warned it will become 'much more difficult' to sustain like for like growth over the next six to twelve months.
