Credit card provider MBNA has launched a new improved online banking service through its
website.
The Online Card Services site has been launched in response to calls from its customers to provide clearer, concise online banking services. Customers also asked for step-by-step guidance, which will be provided through the new help and support section.
MBNA says the new service offers clearer navigation and online tutorials. It will also include a Frequently Asked Questions feature to help card holders get more from their accounts with the provider.
Customer Service and Channel Fulfillment Executive for MBNA, Ian Craig, explained, "We are committed to making our products and service options simpler to use and the re-launch of our new online banking portal, Online Card Services is key to that."
He added that the customer insights have helped the firm create a useful online banking service: "Our customers' thoughts and ideas have inspired this change and, with their input, we will continue to find ways to bring ease and greater clarity to our services."
Customers using the new service will be able to carry out the usual online banking tasks through the site, such as transferring cash, checking balances, setting up direct debits and activating cards.
