<b>Solar Integrated Technologies</b> was a ray of sunshine today as the roofing system manufacturer said it has completed the installation of solar panels doubling as roofs on three additional schools in San Diego, California.<br /><br />A total of 22 schools now have solar roofs manufactured, constructed and installed by Los Angeles-based Solar Integrated since the program with GE Energy Financial Services began in April 2005.<br /><br />"With the completion of these three additional San Diego schools, we have received net funding of $4.7m from GE Energy Financial Services," said interim chief executive Randall MacEwen.<br /><br />"As we continue to evaluate strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value, including financing alternatives, this $4.7m in funding supports our near-term working capital requirements," he added.<br /><br />GE Energy Financial Services, a diversified technology, media and financial services company, has the right of first refusal on up to $<br />
