Waterlogic taps investors

Water cooler supplier <b>Waterlogic</b> has raised more than £40m ahead of its expected flotation on AIM later this month, putting it in line for a valuation of about £112m.
 
 Unlike most other water coolers, Waterlogic's are plugged into the mains and filtered. It uses UV technologies to produce water that is 99.9999% pure, it says.
 
 Waterlogic, which operates across nearly 50 countries, says it will use the money it raises to develop its technology, acquire other companies, pay debt and expand its manufacturing capabilities.
